**Responsibilities**
- **Client Interaction**: Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Field Visits**: Conduct regular site visits to client locations to monitor service quality, gather feedback, and ensure operational standards are met.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify and resolve any logístical problems or discrepancies that arise during transport and delivery, escalating complex issues to higher management if necessary.
- **Order Management**: Oversee the progress of shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Maintain up-to-date records of shipments and client interactions.
- **Service Improvement**: Work with clients to understand their requirements and provide recommendations for optimizing their logistics processes.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction, service performance, and any operational issues.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal teams, including dispatch, warehousing, and operations, to ensure smooth logistics operations and address any client-specific needs.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent english skills is a must**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: +3 years of experience in logistics or customer service, preferably in a field-based role.
- Moving availability to Bajio zone
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Other: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to travel frequently to client sites.
