.Purpose This role is responsible for the business relationship in the stores, franchises of existing Mobile business accounts. Through visits, training and activities that promote the sale of Assurant products, data analysis and execution of commercial strategies.Responsibilities Responsible for increasing sales of Mobile programs at an assigned retail partner through relationships with retail and carriers' managers.Develop a sales strategy with retail management for achieving or exceeding sales goals.Develop content & conduct train-the-trainer programs for retail management.Monitor and circulate sales reports from retailer to ensure sales goals are met.Develop and enhance Assurant's relationship with our retail partner at management, district and regional level.Communicate sales results and plans for point-of-sale marketing efforts to retail partner's management and to Assurant management.Serve as primary contact between Assurant and retail partner.Provide ideas and draft content for new or improved point-of-sale collateral (brochures, shelf signs, etc.).Create and execute promotions and contests for Mobile sales achievements to the extent allowed by retail partner. Ensure travel budget adherence and control expenses while maintaining quality of client service.Identify and assist in resolution of customer and client service quality process issues with the Assurant Account Executives to ensure a positive root cause resolution.Requirements University graduate.5 years in sales/distribution in the business related to mobile. Mobile Carrier and/or brand experience is valued.Ability to engage retail managers personally and communicate effectively, even under stress.Strong presentation skills and public speaking skills.English level that allows for written & spoken communication.Willingness to travel (Includes road trips).We Offer Workplace Mexico City.Hybrid work (mandatory 2 days to attend the office).Competitive salary and additional benefits.Direct contract by company.Includes Sales incentive plan.Car allowance for automobile maintenance (Car is NOT assigned)."At Assurant, we celebrate the differences that make us who we are.
