Map decision processes and identify key decision makers (KDMs)Collaborate with Central KAM to elaborate the action plan for priority accountsOrganize regular interactions with district managers/sales rep and share the relevant information through Cross functional workContribute to development of the marketing/commercial strategyCommercial and access management with administrative stakeholders (Contracts, inventories, purchase orders, etc.)Build relationships with identified stakeholdersIdentify opportunities in assigned accounts to generate access of Amgen portfolio to patients (Pt by Pt, Tenders, Market research)Execute the action plan aligned with XF TeamClose communication and field work with approved wholesalers, and administrative personnelFollow-up of sales, access Contract fulfillmentFollow-up and update account analysis, stakeholder analysis ensuring developing understanding of customer needsFollow-up of productivity and its impactBasic Qualifications:University Degree in a Life Sciences/Health or Administrative discipline (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Business Mngt.)3 years of experience as Sales Rep promoting Hospital Pharmaceutical productsExperience in promotion to Government Health Inst. KDMsProficient in doing scientific/promotional presentationsDemonstrated track record of working with objectives and achieving themHistory of working in complex and cross-functional teamsHistory of working in innovative and/or multinational companiesAble to read scientific articles and to do oral presentationsCompetenciesSense of urgency, teamwork, resilienceStrategic thinker to manage a complex portfolioAble to think long-term as well as short-termStrong analytical skills to assess the profitability of different scenariosCreativity and capacity to explore and propose different alternativesGood medical background to be able to know thoroughly our productsStrong knowledge of the government health institutions buying processExcellent interpersonal/communication skills to interact with clients and colleaguesAbility to manage complex negotiation situationsObjective/results and customer orientedAble to work under pressure
