Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities.The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving results and impact, managing and developing the business relationship with each Key Account in México and LATAM, identifying potential new customer relationships and coordinating sales efforts in the designated region with the regional sales teams.Role Responsibilities- _ Manage the Key Customers to generate new business and penetrate existing accounts._- _ Support and achieve or exceed annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals and objectives._- _ Consistently improve sales effectiveness and efficiencies._- _ Work closely with Sales Manager / Operations teams and other departments/internal businesses within to maximize sales volume/margin, net profit and customer satisfaction_- _ Travel for fulfilling customer appointments on technical & commercial discussion, presentations and negotiations, as well as preparing and presenting customer proposals._- Effectively manage on-going customer relations- Maximize sales margins/profits. Prices review and discounts for target accounts.- Identify and communicate opportunities to penetrate customers- Maintenance of business relationships. Definition of commercial agreements and annual growth goals.- Optimization of customer processes- Keeps the sales funnel updated- Monitoring clients and maintaining regular contactTravel: Up to 60%Minimum Qualifications:- Strategic Thinking & Decision-Making Ability- Self-starter with the highest degree of energy, organized, proactive, self-confidence and integrity and the ability to perform well with-out daily supervision.- Strong commercial acumen and experience in direct sales as well as distribution channel/after-market. 1- 3 years of experience- Effective oral and written communication skills.- Ability to successfully interact and negotiate with customers at all management levels.- Ability to work under pressure both externally and internally across department lines, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple tasks simultaneously.- Leadership skills to communicate and interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
