Key Account Manager / Customer Service

**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**- Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with your customer - Ensures customer instructions and inquiries are promptly fulfilled according to specifications- Anticipates challenges as well as opportunities and proactively manages internal resources to accomplish an effective and timely resolution- Act as a liaison between the customer and XB's supply chain- Coordinate special warehouse projects and special shipping requests. Enter and verify data regarding customer orders, shipments, receipts, inventories, Invoices etc.; - Focus on the customer understanding the strategic environment; - Support B2B channel inexecuting Routing Guides, via coordinating pickups and deliveries to major national retails chains. Identifies and prioritizes tasks to effectively allow an effective cross-functional collaboration. Controls and reports KPI's**Experiência y requisitos**- High Level Business English proficiency is a must. - Minimum of High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Key Account Management areas- Customer service and/or Key Account Management experience in a Logistics, Distribution Center and/or 3PL environment is preferred- Experience with EDI/ERP/TMS and warehouse management systems is a plus. Proactive and problem-solving oriented- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, demanding environment.
