The E-commerce Key Account Manager is responsible for building, managing, and developing the e-commerce channel (pure players).
This role involves setting and executing business plans to reach annual targets.

What You Will Do Execute E-commerce strategy for Pure Players to drive sales growth and conversion.Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment.Implement and track metrics for recording the success of the e-commerce channel.Provide ongoing support to high-value clients by leading the key account team and managing internal resources according to the relevant KAA.Create and execute compelling value propositions for each client.Analyze customer information to discover and manage business risks and opportunities.Recommend products and services that align with client's business needs.Manage customer negotiations in alignment with Essity's commercial strategy.Partner with marketing and digital teams to create strategies.Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase e-commerce sales and profitability.Identify new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.Analyze customer data and make recommendations to maximize the potential of e-commerce channels.Execute business plans to reach annual targets.Who You Are 3-5 years' experience in a sales/account management role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.Knowledge of e-commerce.Strong collaboration skills with local teams and ability to influence others.Data analysis skills.Results-oriented.Proficient in Excel.Advanced English proficiency.Proactive and organized.What We Can Offer YouAt Essity, we believe everyone's learning and professional development is unique.
