Key Account Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Establish and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with key clients.- Develop a deep understanding of customers' industries, competitors, and target audiences.- Work closely with clients to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with client objectives.- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal project teams.- Effectively communicate customer objectives, requirements and expectations to the project manager and cross-functional teams.- Provide regular updates and status reports to customers.- Communicate effectively to address customer needs and concerns.- Analyze campaign performance and provide information and recommendations.- Proactively identify and address issues that may impact customer satisfaction.**Requirements**:- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proven experience as Key Account Manager.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Solid strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.- Demonstrated success in driving customer satisfaction and account growthTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
