We're looking for a key account manager who will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers.

- We are a US-based SAAS firm targeting the accounting industry. In other words, we use technology to solve business problems for accounting firms - we are not accountants. For you, this means you will be communicating with accountants about their business processes and helping them see the value in our software which can help them grow their business and revenue. You are not expected to be an accountant, know how to do accounting or even be good at math.

**The role**:
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients within TaxDome's portfolio, understanding their unique needs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional TaxDome services or features to existing clients, driving revenue growth while ensuring client satisfaction
- Ensuring the client's adequate onboarding, utilizing the software to its maximum capabilities, and that the entire staff is fully engaged and proficient in its usage
- Effectively communicate TaxDome's platform features, updates, and best practices to clients, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our software.
- Gather client feedback on TaxDome's platform and services, and collaborate with the product development team to drive continuous improvement based on client needs.
- Ensure that client contracts and agreements are accurately maintained, renewals are managed effectively, and that clients remain in compliance with tax and accounting regulations while using TaxDome's solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus
- 2+ years sales or 5+ customer success experience
- 1+ years of SaaS sales experience
- Proven experience as a key account manager
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

**Desirable**:
- 1+ years of SaaS sales experience
- Experience with project management software or other productivity tools
- Experience with Slack, HelpScout, Customer.io and Pipedrive
- Some exposure to development and marketing processes
- You prefer building rapport with customers over annoying, aggressive sales tactics
**Work format**: full-time, EST
**Salary range**: Compensation: 20-30k+ per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive bonus structure that rewards exceptional performance tied to revenue milestones. As you meet and exceed predetermined revenue targets, you will earn a bonus in addition to your base salary. This incentivized bonus structure provides a unique opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on your sales achievements.
