Drive the growth in each Region to meet ambitious targets.Continuously assess market trends, customers, competitors, industry, and country analyses to identify and realize opportunities with existing and potential new customers within the target segment. Provide continuous feedback on market trends, competitive landscape, market-pricing expectations, channel strategy and local conditions to win.Educate the market and customers on ENGIE capabilities and identify opportunities in the Region to address customer needs with ENGIE energy and gas services.Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities by developing senior-level relationships with major customers. Ensure achievement of sales volume and targets by setting appropriate price and margin for sales. Participate in negotiation of key contracts.Build and maintain strong relationships at senior levels with key customers, stakeholders, and other decision makers.Attend industry-specific networking events and actively participate in organizations as a representative for ENGIE in the market
