We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our OTS Globe team in Mexico.
The role can be based in Cancun or Germany (remote).
As a KAM, you will be responsible to coordinate tasks related to clients and providers in order to allow the Contracting & Commercial team members to achieve the targeted budget.
This will be a key role in terms of allowing the team to capture new business via offline/online opportunities, attend requests in accordance with guidelines, and fulfil the strategy of the company in the assigned area.
You will work closely with the Vice President, Contract Managers, & local Operations team to ensure that revenue from the designated territory meets or exceeds the planned budget.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Management of the assigned client portfolio, maintain regular call schedule, monitor and optimize supply portfolio through regular audits and product assignments.
- Identify needs and areas of improvement for optimal distribution within assigned client portfolio.
- Collaborate frequently with Contractors to modify core portfolios for each client based on relevant production.
Create monthly/quarterly marketing programs with clients to highlight OTS deals and drive incremental growth.
- Support the Vice President with on-going client queries related with existing business and create opportunities to develop further the production
- Review contract and offers assignment per client / market, non-bookable content maintenance and update.
- Coordination of Marketing Campaigns with existing client portfolio, participate in the content creation, proof-read and facilitate the communication with the marketing dpt.

- Analyse Client offer publication/conversion utilizing internal Dashboard tools in order to maximize conversion in future client campaigns.
- Attendance to main tourist fairs when necessary.
1-2 yearly roadtrip visits to clients' offices to conduct business reviews and create follow up action plans.
- Assistance of the client on daily basis and coordination with operation team as per necessity.
- Take part on any specific ad-hoc projects as the needs come with the evolution of the company.
- Experience in the contracting and sales area + hotel distribution industry:
- Commercial orientation
- Negotiating ability
- Strong understanding of local suppliers and market dynamics
- Deadline oriented and objective driven
- Experience working with eCommerce platforms and omni-channel partners ideally in the German source market.
- Excellent project management skills required as well as organisation skills
- Ability to quickly understand and perform tasks on a backoffice system
- Marketing skills (ability to create flyers, etc.)
- Willingness to push boundaries, experiment, learn fast & execute.
- Excel Skills
- Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- German knowledge would be a plus
