While our name may not be familiar to consumers, our products are key components of foods offered by many of the world's best-known companies.Position:Key Account ManagerSummary:This role focuses on building and managing long-term relationships with key retail partners driving business growth through innovative One to One and One to Many solutions.Execute regular interactions with Retail Key Accounts to increase sales, build and cultivate strong relationships.Develop Annual Operating Plans for the Retail Segment and individual Key Account Plans for each account.Execute strategies for Retention, Acquisition, Penetration, and Innovation with major Retail partners.Review and negotiate Fill Rate penalties.Promote product penetration and new product innovation.Validation of customer's monthly forecast.Regularly update sales scorecards to ensure alignment with the overall sales strategy.Communicate and update product price increase and assure execution.Knowledge and Experience:Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, and Marketing background.Extensive retail sales experience managing accounts such as Soriana, Sam's Club, Costco, HEB, and Walmart.Previous work with companies like Zaachila, Ventura Foods, La Pocima, Nestlé, and Unilever.Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, graphs, reporting, and scorecards.
