.**Position 100% ON SITE**This position is responsible for managing the daily team's operation. Developing current accounts volume and profit while at the same time bringing new business to the company.**Main Responsibilities**:- Supervising daily team's operation.- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with clients to bring in the most income for the company.- Discover and land new business opportunities.- Acting as the main point of contact between clients and the operations team.- Compiling reports on account progress, KPI's and forecast for Management and Presidency.- Present in daily operations meeting team's KPI status and plans directed to constant growth- Negotiate contracts with clients and carriers to improve margins and grow revenue.- Train and develop personnel.- Live update and ensure TMS (Transportation management system) with real time information- Reach the monthly KPI's of number of loads, service, and profit margins.- Foster close cooperation between all other departments (Pricing, IT, HR, Finance, etc) in pursuit of business opportunities and development of accounts.**Required Skill Set**:- Punctuality & Attendance: Attend fully and comply with the schedules established in the company- Quality: Perform the assigned work complying with the requirements and expectations of the person who requested it- Speed: Carry out the assigned activities in compliance with the established times or deadlines.
