.**Position 100% ON SITE**This position is responsible for managing the daily team's operation. Developing current accounts volume and profit while at the same time bringing new business to the company.**Main Responsibilities**:- Supervising daily team's operation.- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with clients to bring in the most income for the company.- Discover and land new business opportunities.- Acting as the main point of contact between clients and the operations team.- Compiling reports on account progress, KPI's and forecast for Management and Presidency.- Present in daily operations meeting team's KPI status and plans directed to constant growth- Negotiate contracts with clients and carriers to improve margins and grow revenue.- Train and develop personnel.- Live update and ensure TMS (Transportation management system) with real time information- Reach the monthly KPI's of number of loads, service, and profit margins.- Foster close cooperation between all other departments (Pricing, IT, HR, Finance, etc) in pursuit of business opportunities and development of accounts.**Required Skill Set**:- Punctuality & Attendance: Attend fully and comply with the schedules established in the company- Quality: Perform the assigned work complying with the requirements and expectations of the person who requested it- Speed: Carry out the assigned activities in compliance with the established times or deadlines. Have a sense of urgency and get activities done as soon as possible, without procrastination- Teamwork: Ability and experience working in a team environment.- Effective communication: Ability to ensure you clearly and concisely deliver information to the intended audience in a format they understand- Self-Motivation: An individual who understands their desires, values and priorities can understand what really motivates them and, in turn, can channel their energy to reaching fulfilment.- Discipline: Abide by the rules (written or unwritten) of the company and behave in an orderly manner as a team- Discretion: Maintain confidentiality about matters entrusted, especially regarding employment matters- Problem Solving: Defining a problem, identifying its root cause, prioritizing and selecting potential solutions, and implementing the chosen solution- Persuasive: The ability to make successful efforts in influencing others through verbal or nonverbal communication. Persuasion skills help in influencing someone's behavior or beliefs towards an event, idea, or person.- Leadership: Strengths shown by people in management roles that aid in guiding and encouraging a group of people and their team toward achieving a common goal or set of goals.- Analytical thinking: Use logic and critical thinking to analyze a situation.- Strategic Planning: Define their vision for the future and identify their organization's goals and objectives
