You will manage client relationships, growth strategies, and ensure operational areas are delivering the value the client requires.As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in our organization by serving as the primary contact between Multiplica and our clients in Chile. You will be responsible for understanding client needs and objectives, developing strategies to meet those objectives, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. Proven experience in account management, knowledge of CRM systems, strategic thinking, and client communication will be essential to drive client retention and revenue growth.Role MissionClient Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Understand clients' business objectives, challenges in digital capabilities, and strategy, as well as industry trends.Account Strategy:Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with client goals.Identify growth opportunities and strategize to increase account revenue annually with a solid margin.Stay informed about digital industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.Team Leadership:Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams (conveying client vision and helping them create solutions) from project management to various Multiplica disciplines, creating robust and high-value proposals for clients.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure flawless project execution.Financial Management:Manage account budgets and forecasts, ensuring profitability and cost control.Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Oversee the development and execution of projects and deliverables.Problem Resolution:Proactively address and resolve client issues and concerns.Identify potential roadblocks and develop solutions to mitigate risks.Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions.Knowledge of digital strategy, not just from a marketing perspective, but also in design and digital product development.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Financial insight and experience in budget management.Proficiency in CRM software - Zoho and project management tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.English proficiency is a plus.Benefits:Beneficios de ley y superiores.Días de vacaciones adicionales.Beneficios de salud.Oportunidad de crecimiento
