.We are looking for a Key Account Manager Government who have good negotiation skills, persistent, self-management, results-oriented, to join us in our team, based in CDMX**About the role**Develops commercial interactions with the main public market (federal and statal) stakeholders, to ensure and optimizes the availability of solutions for patients, to create business models, generates value for the affiliate, support their implementation, and evaluate them to enhance various patient support frameworks (Creating a Consistency Environment). Develop and leadsan access strategy tailored to the public market, collaborating, and aligned with the objectives set by the Patient Value Units.**What you'll do**Serves as a key advisor to manage the growth of assigned key accounts, of public institutions, as federal and statal entities, to ensure the availability of solutions for patients.Demonstrate deep knowledge in tender and acquisition processes of the government for centralized and decentralized intitutions.Successfully lead and optimizes the company's product portfolio to achieve sales targets and maximize product profitability (G2N), while fostering enduring business relationships.Ensure access to the public market, creating long-term partnerships.Participates and collaborates with the PVUs, establish and align access, commercial initiatives and projects.Supervise and conduces analyses to identify gaps and opportunities, and devise corresponding solutions.This role developes, implements and provides information to generate and predict strategic decisions within the company and in coordination with wholesalers and public customers.Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and intermediary for designated key stakeholders of accounts and PVUs.Provide, optimize, and lead key and robust information for the pricing strategy for the accounts under their responsibility. Achieving gross sales, revenue, and public target devolution index; through ongoing analysis of accounts and identification of new opportunities. Drives and execute an accurate forecasting.Assumes responsability on process compliance, current letters, backed credit notes, and provisioning of public market. - Responsible to supervise, monitoring, and ensure the reconciling for the payment to suppliers.Develops, defines, and adapts knowledge regarding submission and inclusion processes for rare diseases and/or orphan drugs into the public institutions.Coordinates cross-functional collaboration between PVUs and access team.Ensure Operational Compliance to the highest professional standards. The expectation is that compliance is part of how we operate within the new Ecosystem Team environment
