.We are looking for a Key Account Manager Government who has good negotiation skills, is persistent, self-managed, and results-oriented, to join us in our team, based in CDMX.About the roleDevelops commercial interactions with the main public market (federal and state) stakeholders to ensure and optimize the availability of solutions for patients, create business models, generate value for the affiliate, support their implementation, and evaluate them to enhance various patient support frameworks (Creating a Consistency Environment). Develop and lead an access strategy tailored to the public market, collaborating and aligning with the objectives set by the Patient Value Units.What you'll doServes as a key advisor to manage the growth of assigned key accounts of public institutions, such as federal and state entities, to ensure the availability of solutions for patients.Demonstrate deep knowledge in tender and acquisition processes of the government for centralized and decentralized institutions.Successfully lead and optimize the company's product portfolio to achieve sales targets and maximize product profitability (G2N), while fostering enduring business relationships.Ensure access to the public market, creating long-term partnerships.Participate and collaborate with the PVUs, establishing and aligning access, commercial initiatives, and projects.Supervise and conduct analyses to identify gaps and opportunities, and devise corresponding solutions.This role develops, implements, and provides information to generate and predict strategic decisions within the company and in coordination with wholesalers and public customers.Serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and intermediary for designated key stakeholders of accounts and PVUs.Provide, optimize, and lead key and robust information for the pricing strategy for the accounts under their responsibility, achieving gross sales, revenue, and public target devolution index through ongoing analysis of accounts and identification of new opportunities. Drive and execute accurate forecasting.Assume responsibility for process compliance, current letters, backed credit notes, and provisioning of the public market.Responsible for supervising, monitoring, and ensuring the reconciliation of payments to suppliers.Develop, define, and adapt knowledge regarding submission and inclusion processes for rare diseases and/or orphan drugs into public institutions.Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between PVUs and the access team.Ensure Operational Compliance to the highest professional standards; the expectation is thatcompliance is part of how we operate within the new Ecosystem Team environment.Interested?
