KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - International SalesLocation: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, MexicoType: Full-timeResponsibilities:Elaborate annual sales projects, generate market information, and forecast consumption of parts and/or projects.Quote, negotiate, and document packages to develop economic proposals for clients.Process, manage, and follow up on production orders and change requests until product delivery with open communication with other departments.Coordinate communication with Aztek through client visits.Constantly monitor contribution margins (Price List).Communicate and follow up monthly on results (Metrics).Support the development of system tools for the commercial area.Supervise commercial strategies (Customer Satisfaction, OTD, Demand).Ensure compliance with commercial KPIs.Establish a balance in the combination of clients and products.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.3 years of experience in metalworking companies.Advanced English proficiency.Advanced Office skills.Advanced CRM management.Ability to read drawings.Knowledge of equipment and capabilities.Negotiation and project analysis skills.Compensation and Benefits:Monthly Base Salary: 40K to 50K based on experience and knowledge.Major medical expenses insurance.Legal and superior benefits from the first day.#J-18808-Ljbffr
