Job qualification (minimum qualifications, professional, experience and knowledge and skills requirements): Bachelor's degree or above
Biomedical Engineer, International Trade, Medical Electronic, Biological Project, Business Administration or relevant major.
At least 3 years in the sales with high level accounts
Excellent English speaking and writing skill
Proficient at the Microsoft office software and internal sales management system
Primary responsibility and contribution (List the information based on the KPI description and the importance of each item) Responsibility and Contribution Description a) Suggest, formulate, and work together with the Strategic Key Accounts Department in HQ to set local strategy for private hospitals to achieve the sales target for the country/region
b) Administer, implement, and manage the established strategy to achieve the sales targets c) Build the necessary team of people for each project and work together with them to meet the assigned business goals and objectives. d) Take ownership of projects, get the necessary resources, and be accountable for their scope of work, schedule, and budget as well as payment collection. e) Be a project leader and work together with HQ and local management to get necessary resources to win projects and maximize sales. f) Propose, evaluate and qualify current and potential new projects by conducting thorough P/L analysis g) Maintain the best possible strategic clients by evaluating current ones and suggesting new ones to maximize the benefits for the company h) Have up-to-date knowledge about price and other conditions necessary to allow the company to win projects and be a top competitor in the market
a) Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective measures, and communicating with customers, assigned staff and business partners.
b) Establish professional relationship and communicate with key opinion leaders in different medical societies, MOH, and hospital groups. c) Serve as key contact person to build, maintain and enhance the company's image and the relationships with private hospitals d) Fully understand and be able to convey all the details about a hospital's operations, structure and procurement process
a) Liaise properly with Strategic Key Accounts Manager in China HQs, with regular reports and forecast.
b) Submit weekly or monthly work report and plan as requested by Mindray management. This work plan will be defined and assigned by supervisors.
c) Communicate regularly with HQ to update and maintain the best list of strategic clients
