.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengths:PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Key Account Manager (KAM) is a senior entrepreneurial leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking Red Bull's sales strategy. Delivering sales, volume, and profitability targets for the Modern Channel is crucial. This role requires a hands-on leader and team player who sets clear expectations and objectives, establishes aggressive goals, and delivers on key initiatives.The KAM must devise a medium-term vision based on a thorough understanding of customers, trends, and opportunities while paying attention to detail. The individual should be comfortable taking calculated risks, identifying and exploiting opportunities to achieve business advantages.NATIONAL OBJECTIVES: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters. Fully responsible for achieving volume and distribution objectives for assigned customers. Ensure correct implementation of planned actions in the annual Joint Business Planning. Maintain appropriate stock levels with responsible customers. Align pricing and promotions with necessary stakeholders (GM, Off Premise & Finance) to minimize cross-channel cannibalization and maintain profitability.ANALYSIS & PLANNING: Analyze available data sources (e.G., Nielsen, scanner and customer data) to drive growth opportunities for in-store and pure players. Continuously plan sales forecasts and prepare trade spend budgets to meet profitability targets. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation. Develop plans for annual business and effective promotions. Prepare yearly negotiations focused on Red Bull's sales drivers and customer spend strategy.EXECUTION: Develop and execute best-in-class tracking of investments and visibility negotiations with customers. Conduct and lead yearly negotiation processes with key customers, agreeing on Red Bull's Perfect Store concept.INVESTMENTS: Responsible for planning, managing, executing, monitoring, and measuring direct and indirect investments through monthly meetings with the finance department.COLLABORATION: Continually research to understand customer needs and respond with mutually beneficial programs in line with brand equity. Develop effective partnerships for Red Bull to be regarded as a key supplier and engine for profitable growth. Strive for Category Captaincy with key strategic retailers within the energy category. Build strong intercompany networks and establish close cross-functional relationships with Trade Marketing, field, marketing, and customer support. Jointly develop winning customer category strategies and conceptual sells to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities. Work closely with the CPFR Team, demand planning, merchandising, and warehouse customer teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
