We value the balance between personal and work life as one of the main tools to improve the creativity and productivity of our associates.**Job Description**:Ensure standard account management of Original Equipment Service customers:- Follow up and alignment with OE and AA BUs to ensure on time part releases for new projects- Ensure products are available at the time of series start (SOP)- Ensure parts availability throughout full Product Life Cycle- Ensure customer portfolios are updated and aligned with customer (EOS, EDOP tracking, MOQ, Lead Time, Piece price, proactive phase in and phase out requests)- Ensure PCR negotiations whenever possible or after Pricing model binding period- Coordinate with the regional and global teams for each account a pricing alignment, global strategy alignment, identification of new projects won by OE team- Ensure Customer Service Level and on time delivery of all parts within the OES channel.
