We value the balance between personal and work life as one of the main tools to improve the creativity and productivity of our associates.**Job Description**:Ensure standard account management of Original Equipment Service customers:- Follow up and alignment with OE and AA BUs to ensure on time part releases for new projects- Ensure products are available at the time of series start (SOP)- Ensure parts availability throughout full Product Life Cycle- Ensure customer portfolios are updated and aligned with customer (EOS, EDOP tracking, MOQ, Lead Time, Piece price, proactive phase in and phase out requests)- Ensure PCR negotiations whenever possible or after Pricing model binding period- Coordinate with the regional and global teams for each account a pricing alignment, global strategy alignment, identification of new projects won by OE team- Ensure Customer Service Level and on time delivery of all parts within the OES channel. Work cross functionally with the different logistic departments, warehouse, and plants to ensure parts delivery on time and avoid customer escalations.- Ensure clean supersessions in case applicable (ECR), ensure stock transfer to customer to avoid overstock (Proactive stock disposition)- Develop and maintain a healthy relationship with customers through effective and timely communication and solving problems that arise during the operationEnsure OES systems are used and maintained:- LEAP- VitAA- RACE- CAP TOOL- PLCM FilesEnsure profitable Growth- Accurate forecast planning- Ensure TNS, EBIT, GM1A/R resolution of customers- Support customer service and accounting department to ensure invoices are paid on time by the customersBusiness development- Develop new business opportunities with current customers (Second spec programs, local for local programs)- Looking for new customer opportunities (Off Highway, Non-Automobile business)**Qualifications**:**Languages**:- English - Fluent verbal and written- Spanish - Fluent verbal and written- German - desirable**Professional Skills**:- Organization, Time Management, Project Management- Business Development- Financial Knowledge (Price Management, P&L knowledge, Margin Management)**Key Competences**:- Accountability, Result Orientation, Future Orientation / Strategy development- High level of Initiative / pro activity and motivation / passion, high level of Cooperation & Communication- Detail orientation, Customer first MindsetAdditional Information**Get to know more about how we work at Bosch and our new open positions on our social networks**:- Facebook: Bosch Talento México- Instagram: Bosch Campus México- LinkedIn: Bosch México- Tiktok: Bosch Talento México
