Require the skills and experience of implementing processes to approach all stakeholders at the Gusi - PH Accounts including board.
The Key Account Manager aligns & coordinates action plans & resources toward value creation for these accounts as well as to Zoetis, going beyond on the creative business plan through direct interaction with Zoetis marketing and technical department.
The Zoetis KAM will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant Zoetis departments (Technical Services, Marketing, Finance, Human Sources).Main ResponsibilitiesBuild win-win long term business to business relationships between Key Accounts and Zoetis.Seek & detect customer needs to determine priorities & offer customized solutions based on deep analysis according to Zoetis strategies.Create a compelling Business Plan per Strategic Account.
Set clear account objectives, define key actions and get resources to build a value proposition.Set clear metrics to measure advance.Create unique capabilities to differentiate from competitors by building and developing capabilities to measure product performance at field level.Qualifications (Training, Education & Prior Experience)Education:Professional in Agribusiness (Veterinarian, Agronomist Engineer) with desirable Certificates or master's degree in animal health or production, Marketing or Business.Experience:Proven Cattle Production & Tech knowledge +5 years.Sales experience and proven experience in Strategic Account Management.Proven relationship network with advisors and consultants.Desired experience in animal health companies or related to health, nutrition & production.SkillsBusiness AcumenProven Cattle Production & Tech knowledge +5 years.Understand the cattle business.Seek & understand market trends, policies & potential implications to Zoetis at Sukarne.Know the competitors.Strategic AgilityProven experience in Strategic Account Management.Build a compelling business plan for Gusi - PH.Define current state vs desired state for Zoetis at GUSI - PH.Work on current opportunities & set the actions for the future.Set and assure execution of action plans.Align strategies & corporate goals.Build Trust with CustomersProven Track Record with GUSI/PH as a customer.Network with all KOL's internal & external including Board.Consistently demonstrate ROI of Zoetis programs to build credibility.Build a robust B2B long-term relationship.Translate Zoetis commercial strategy into specific actions.Set clear account objectives.Set clear metrics to measure advance.Administrate resources to create value propositions to GUSI/PH
