About the Role: The Key Account Specialist is the main sales and business development agent of ASSA ABLOY in the general and modern trade market for the Southern area.
His/her main deliverable is to create demand for the brand YALE and STGuchi on his assigned territory, with the main metric being sell-out, which will be turned over to a distributor.
He/she will report to a Sales Manager (SM) and together they will develop markets for ASSA ABLOY.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Coverage of traditional stores such as hardware, construction supplies, and other stores selling door hardware.Generate sell-out for both YALE and STGuchi and turn over to distributors (TOSO).Channel to-market activities like product presentations to local architects, contractors, and developers.Open and develop new channel partners such as Dealers, sub-dealers, and retailers.Execute trade and product marketing campaigns.Collect and submit relevant market information like competitors' updates, pricing, and other significant insights gathered in discussions with channel partners in a timely manner.Provide timely reports, updates, and presentations (business reviews) as may be required.Qualifications: Demonstrable experience in retail distribution, sales, and merchandising management, preferably in the building materials industry.Strong effective verbal and written communication, selling, and relevant marketing skill set.Willingness to travel out-base as may be required for business purposes.Skills in MS Office applications, i.e., EXCEL and PPT, are a plus.We are the ASSA ABLOY Group
