Requirements: A minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience working as an Supervisor of Customer Success Managers or positions with similar activities in the logistics field.
Experience working with clients with above-average income is preferable.
Strong understanding of air and ground freight operations , market dynamics, and industry trends.
Advanced English level.
Job activities: Led, mentor, and motivate a team of customer success representatives in the Ground Freight Area.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations.
Provide coaching and training to enhance the team's knowledge of air freight operations and customer service best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the ground freight sector.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure the successful execution of ground freight services.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Working with CRM - entering information/comments after a conversation with a client Sending information about the company to messengers \ email to the client after the first call (websites, presentations, etc.)
Execution of plans for the speed and number of processed leads, appointments, conversions, and quality of conversations.
