**Studies**: Bachelor's degree in preschool and initial education, psychology, pedagogy, educational sciences.

**Experience**: 5 years as director, 5 years as kindergarten teacher.

**Functions**: 1. Ensure the development of study programs by implementing instructional and assessment strategies to improve learning and teaching. 2. Promote an environment of safety, harmony, organization, academic rigor, collaboration, acceptance and empathy. 3. Communicate effectively and promote collaboration in the educational community of the campus to promote understanding, continuity, improvement and success of the programs, projects and services of the campus and the Institute. 4. Mantain, control and supervise the organization, operation and use of campus resources with educational intent. 5. Professionalism and ethics.

**Characteristics**: Digital skills, Google Workspace for Education platform, knowledge and skill in using G Suite: Classroom, docs, sheets, slides, drive, gmail, calendar, hangouts, forms, google and additional digital tools. Warmth and appreciation for young children, with a teaching vocation. Willingness to continue learning about pedagogy in young children and adults, as well as conviction for the continuous professional development of teachers. Identified with the institutional philosophy.

**Schedule**: Monday to Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
