Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for a KITCHEN ASSISTANT (Buffet), a professional with basic food knowledge to work in the kitchen department and provide support in all tasks requested.

Mission:

Collaborate with the kitchen team in the preparation of the dishes included in the different culinary offers in accordance with the products offered and according to the hotel's quality protocols to achieve the set objectives.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Cleaning and disinfection of the work area.

- Perform the mise-en-place of the service.

- Help in the preparation of all types of dishes.

- Preparation of dairy products.

- Help at the buffet.

- Comply with hotel quality standards.

- Complete the records assigned to you.

- Customer Support.

Requirements:

- Experience of at least 1 year in the position within the hospitality sector.

- Basic training related to hospitality or kitchen areas.

- Capacity for organization and teamwork.

- Knowledge of the English language will be valued.

- Availability to work full time in the Es Figueral area.

Profile:

- We are looking for someone eager to learn, accustomed to working as a team and who acts as a pillar of support for the hotel's kitchen team.
