The objective of the role is to support the Global Knowledge Management Supply Chain lead in some of the important Knowledge Management activities of Krakow, Cairo, Spain, China & India Operations.Your Impact:As Knowledge Management Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:Managing an estimated ~2000 documents (Global Scope): Process Maps, Desktop Procedures and various related documents like Service Catalog, trainings, etc. in KM Module and other tools.Ensure documentation is kept up-to-date by managing Service Change Requests; special focused on content quality.Execution of compliance related activities like yearly audits (DTP Self-assessment) and quality checks as part of standard documentation management process and GCS Controls.Drive KM Culture by engaging Knowledge Champions and leading new initiatives such as Epiplex implementation, Taxonomy alignment.Support Service Now daily operation according and manage upgrades in the system; keep KM culture updatedaccording to standards.Coordinate large teams, lead new implementations and maintain Knowledge Management Elements up-to-date.Identify and resolve knowledge management gaps, run tests, create solutions, lead implementations developing materials and trainings as required.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?Experience:Advanced (C1 or C2)6-8 Years Experience in running similar Knowledge Management Functions is requiredMust have experience in making and governing DTPs, PMs, etc.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.What can you expect from us:Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.Development programs according to Leadership skills.Specialized training according to the role
