**Description**The US-based KGS HR Technology Cloud Infrastructure & ERP Systems team has an exciting opportunity for a Kronos Administrator. As a Kronos Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting Koch's Kronos Time & Attendance environments, platforms, and cloud infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to partner with other key Global HR Technology teams that functionally support critical Time & Attendance and Payroll business processes in an AWS Cloud environment.**Role and Responsibilities (What You Will Do In Your Role)**:- Become an integral part of a remote team based within the U.S. - Eastern, Central, and Mountain Time Zones- Responsible for supporting a large global Kronos environment and roadmap- Support Load Balancing technology within an AWS Cloud Infrastructure environment- Maintain system configurations, changes, and updates (e.G. Service Packs and Language Packs)- Provide guidance on strategic directions (improvements, fixes, and new projects)- Lead and assist with Kronos related projects- Some weekends and after-hours requirements to support planned and unplanned outages and scheduled work efforts**The Experience You Will Bring / Required Skills**:- Bachelors in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related IT field/degree- Strong background in Kronos administration, if lesser degree, degree in unrelated fields, or based on other experience levels- Fluent in the English language (both written and spoken)- Minimum of 5-years**1** of Kronos Administration in a large global time & attendance environment- Microsoft Windows Server administration- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL databases, and their backup & restoration- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Experience in running Kronos reports and analyzing data results toward strategic outcomes- Knowledge of implementing Kronos system configurations, Service Packs, and Language Packs- Experience in maintaining SSL certificates and their renewals- Strategic thinker and experience in leading projects supporting Kronos and time & attendance roadmaps- Great interpersonal, communications, and customer service skills**What Will Put You Ahead / Preferred Skills**:- Microsoft SQL / SQL Server DB administration experience- Global/International Kronos support background- Cloud infrastructure and support experience (e.G.
