A supervisor is also responsible for advising, solving problems, and serving as a liaison between subordinates and upper management.The objective will be to ensure that operations are carried out in a productive manner to ensure the correct KYC process.
**Role Responsibilities**- **1:00 pm to 9:00 pm**:- Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their delegated roles or tasks.- Monitor employee productivity and offer feedback and advice.- Maintain record of hours worked and personnel records.- Transmit information from the management team to employees and vice versa.- Prepare and send performance reports.- Decide on bonuses and promotions based on performance.- Hire and train new employees.- Ensure compliance with company and legal policies and procedures and take disciplinary action if the need arises.
