The position is complex. It won't just be someone who oversees the work of others. A supervisor is also responsible for advising, solving problems, and serving as a liaison between subordinates and upper management.The ideal candidate will be a competent person who knows how to guide and train employees. He or She will have a thorough knowledge of the processes inherent to the responsibility of the position and will be oriented and focused on results.The objective will be to ensure that operations are carried out in a productive manner to ensure the correct KYC process.Role Responsibilities:NIGHTSHIFT FROM 11:30 PM TO 6:00 AM100% On-siteOrganizing workflow and ensuring employees understand their delegated roles or tasksMonitoring employee productivity and offering feedback and adviceMaintaining records of hours worked and personnel recordsTransmitting information from the management team to employees and vice versaPreparing and sending performance reportsDeciding on bonuses and promotions based on performanceHiring and training new employeesEnsuring compliance with company and legal policies and procedures and taking disciplinary action if the need arisesRole Qualifications:5+ years experienceBachelor's degree or above1+ year of leader supportAdvanced EnglishCritical thinkingFacilitator in solving problems raised by the teamWork as key contact with other areasEmpower the team, help improve the performance of the team and even the entire business teamIdentify opportunities in efficiency and quality optimization when leading the respective areasAct as important Disseminator of DiDi CultureEEO Statement:We create customer value – We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
