L1 Support Engineer Mexico

**Project** Description**:For a leading fund management firm with crypto exposure we are building a global 24/7 L1 support service. The team is distributed across 3 time zones. For a specialist this is an opportunity to improve the knowledge and skills in investment, AWS, and automation.**Responsibilities**:- Receive calls from end users- Solve cryptocurrency trading related issues- Ensure response time is within the SLA- Constantly improve own knowledge of the support and trading processes- Document known solutions- Automate the job where necessary- Classify and route the tickets requiring L2/L3 involvement**Skills**:Must have- 3+ years of experience in Support- Investment Banking / Trading Support background- Customer Support or similar experience- Good understanding of trading workflow- Familiarity with Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow or other ticketing systems- Professional ethics- Clear communication in English- Basic understanding of Linux OSNice to have- Hands on experience with AWS- SQL- Basic Python for automation- other programming languages**Languages**:English: B2 Upper Intermediate**Seniority**:Senior**Relocation package**:If needed, we can help you with relocation process.Vacancy SpecializationTechnical Support (SL1)Ref NumberVR-78385
