L2 Support Specialist

**Required Qualifications**:- Unix, SQL and knowledge of other scripting languages- Knowledge of programming language - preferably Java (Extremely necessary)- Advanced English level**Position's General Duties and Tasks Required**:- Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
Also help in code fixes and rigorous testing where required- Good knowledge of Unix, SQL and scriptng langugages- Work on supporting Product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms.- Contribute to our continuous improvement and continuous delivery- Work effectively in collaboration with other team members- Provide technical feedback and support to Development teams- Perform detailed RCA of issues in production, and implement corrective actions- Validated collaboration and communication skills, being able to lead in a global environment**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have knowledge in programming?- How many years of experience would you say you have working in maintenance and support?- Do you have knowledge in UNIX and SQL?- For this job position is mandatory to have an advanced level of English.
