We are currently seeking an L2 Application Support Specialist to join our team in Mexico (MX).
Responsibilities: Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysisHelp in code fixes and rigorous testing where requiredWork on supporting Product servers and clients on cutting-edge platformsContribute to our continuous improvement and continuous deliveryContinually focus on enhancing the performance of the applicationsWork effectively in collaboration with other team membersProvide technical feedback and support to Development teamsPerform detailed RCA of issues in production, and implement corrective actionsPreferred Experience: Good knowledge of Unix, SQL and scripting languagesValidated collaboration and communication skillsAble to lead in a global environmentBasic Qualifications: 3+ years of relevant experience in application Maintenance and Support.Unix, SQL and knowledge of other scripting languagesKnowledge of programming language – preferably JavaAbout NTT DATA Services NTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
