**Key Responsibilities**:
The Learning & Development HUB Jr Specialist manages a Regional Scope supporting Tactical & Transactional activities within diverse processes and stakeholders. Some of the activities this role will perform include (but are not limited to):
Transactional activities:
- Create events & sessions.
- Submit attendance to events & sessions.
- Learning Assignments.
- Activate/Deactivate and update online trainings.
- Upload/update materials, videos as requested.
- Create/update curriculums as requested.
- Create attendance tracking lists.
- Create/update tests as requested.
- Track training completions.
- Trainings availability.
- Give credit for completed trainings.
- Add/withdraw users to events and sessions.
- Provide info about online trainings.
- General Inquiries.
- Training Completion reports.
- Data clean-up based on requests from G/R L&D
Tactical activities:
- Manage and perform Americas Onboarding:
- Pre-onboarding
- Onboarding facilitation
- Post-onboarding
- Support Regional COE L&D team with the LATAM Nissan School program:
- Coordinate, facilitate and follow-up of the Onboarding program.
- Create/update and track training curricula.
- Create surveys and track responses for PMD process.
- Track and coordinate graduation process.
- Language Assessments
- Application of language evaluations (TOEIC & EF SET).
- Track results in internal databases.
- Delivery results to requesters and students.
- Communication with key stakeholders for E-HPP process.
**Qualifications**:
- Desirable bachelor's degree in business administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in L&D or HR
- Fully bilingual English + Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
- ** Advance Excel (Pivots, Graphs, Dashboards, Formulas)**.
- Knowledge in LMS and HRM (Workday is a plus).
