Partners with L&D Business/Function, HRGO, Centers of Expertise, and/or other internal and external partners and stakeholders to create strategic and operational planning of training and related programs. Identifies requirements of training products and/or services, and manages the operational structure necessary to meet learning and development objectives. Plans and develops training programs and/or related operational systems and processes to meet target audience needs, and to ensure the quality of design and development of training and operations on behalf of the company. Develops and maintains client, partner, and stakeholder relationships through partnering, coaching, and facilitating to identify, prioritize, and implement development solutions, operational systems, and processes.**_How you'll make your mark:_**- Leads multiple projects and programs with global and cross-organizational program teams on needs assessment, intervention selection, design, development, implementation, reporting, and continuous innovation and improvement of learning solutions.- Completes small to large projects as assigned.- Manages program lifecycle from development to implementation.- Accountable for operational goals and the management of financial planning, budgeting, and tracking/reporting.- Stays abreast of current market or technology trends, provides guidance for more junior project managers, and consults on area of expertise.- Contributes to the introduction of new methods and processes for improving program operations.- Aligns program priorities with business and L&D strategies.**_About you:_**- First level university degree, advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience.- Typically 3-6 years experience, including managing moderate to large projects.**_Knowledge and Skills:- **- Strong project management and good program management skills.- Strong facilitation and consulting skills.- Strong business and financial planning acumen.- Demonstrated leadership, communication, change management, and project management skills
