**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
- Lead marketing strategy for Lays, Doritos and Platforms (such as Flamin Hot) across LATAM by fostering coordinated collaboration and best practices among the OU´s by a leaner and agile marketing WoW ensuring SOM and AOP targets.
- Support the definition of the correct portfolio innovation pipeline, flavors and big bets according to the consumer's needs next to key partners such as Commercialization, R&D and DX.
- Download and execute in time and manner, the brand strategy transformation programs in hand with Global Brand Marketing Teams.
- Leverage on multiple resources to ensure the markets execute 360° marketing campaigns leveraging efforts from Global and Create Markets.
- Design and execute learning paths to understand the brands development to define new growth plans for H2-H3
- Lead ways to optimize resources across Create and Deploy markets to maximize A&M usage.
**Your Impact**

As L&S Marketing Strategy for Lays, Doritos & Platforms your scope would consist of:

- Lead the big bets programs to guarantee WoW and agenda prioritization across Create and Deploy Markets, and partners such as R&D, DX and Commercialization.
- Drive harmonization and ensure the needs of Deploy Markets are considered in each campaign by developing robust playbooks with extensive guidelines on the use of the campaigns and strategy behind each asset.
Lead on production, rotoscoping, rights and royalties to enable each campaign through the region.
- Ensure roll-out of global capabilities/ priorities for the brand, in time and manner for Create and Deploy Markets.
- Support IPP agenda during the year to ensure alignment for Lays, Doritos and Flamin Hot for Create Market.
- Be the guardian to assure the correct communication and usage of the brand assets across LATAM leveraging the Brand Diamond and Brand Books as main asset.
- Leverage our brand assets to maximize A&M impact using DAM and correct alignment with Create Market, Production, and agencies before any campaign production.
- Ensure ADA usage for any campaign, concept, packaging, or flavor implementation and lead the creation or adaptation of stimulus for the tests.
- Assure the correct Innovation Pipeline.
Evaluate Lift and Shift opportunities in innovation to create efficiency.
- Create a pivotal networking with Create Market, agencies, and partners to ensure alignments across markets and new opportunities are being addressed.
- A&M keeper for Lays, Doritos and Flamin Hot.
Keep all the budget on time and manner with each month validation with finance and control teams.
Contracts and documentation for each OC is required.
Also monitoring billing and entry of expenses at the end of the month.
- Coordinate brand presentations, activities, and agenda for brand workshops and AOP forums.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?
**

**Education**:

- Scholarship: Bachelor's Degree (Marketing Business Administration in preference or Business engineering).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
**Experience**:

- Experience: 4-5 year-experience in marketing experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumers Goods) preferably in Multinational Companies.
Languages:

- Communication skills in Spanish and English written and spoken.
English is use on daily basis.
