Lab Director/Director De Laboratorio

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for the technical operation, guidance, management, and coordination of the hospital's reproductive medicine center laboratory.
Supervise clinical physicians to conscientiously implement various rules, regulations, and operating procedures.
Comprehensively master various clinical techniques for assisted reproduction both domestically and internationally.

Job requirements:

Master's degree or above in biomedical, cell biology, embryology, genetics, or related fields, with associate high or above professional titles.
Possess good theoretical knowledge and cell culture skills in relevant disciplines.
Proficient in human assisted reproductive technology laboratory skills, with more than 5 years of clinical experience, and priority given to possessing certain management skills.
Completed the reproductive medicine professional technical training designated by the Ministry of Health and obtained the training certificate.
Having good professional ethics and professional ethics.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

Ciudad de México, CDMX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

IVF Reproduction or Medicine: 1 year (Preferred)
