We are looking for an open and 'out of the box' thinker to enable Lab execution solutions.**In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:- Help develop automation in execution and debugging by using your SW skills for programming and scripting.- Assists engineering in the assessment of process health and defect identification.- Responsible for technical functions supporting engineering activities such as design, test, checkout, modifications, fabrications, design circuitry, electromechanical systems, or specialized test equipment.- Conduct engineering and detailed experimental testing to collect data or assist in research.- Perform operational tests and fault isolation on systems and equipment.- Working with Hardware validation engineers and Designers.- Reviewing the procedures and methodologies for the areas listed previously to improve efficiency and find better tools and innovative validation strategies.- Collaborating with other technicians and engineers to physically set up the environment used for testing, including PCs, motherboards, temperature control, and test and measurement equipment (i.E., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, and signal generators), along with installation and configuration of all software used for testing.- Maintain the systems used for testing, including circuit reworks and hardware changes, software, and firmware-re-configure systems for various test cases.- Run test cases according to a defined test plan, reporting out results to engineering teams.- Assist engineers in further debugging failing devices to help find underlying Silicon or product bugs and set up and run particular experiments.- Rework experience and Lab operation support: 6S, efficiency, asset management, etc.- Work independently with mínimal supervision and demonstrate initiative to complete assigned tasks while quickly reporting results and challenges to customers.- Work on multiple assigned tasks and projects and appropriately manage priorities.- Written and verbal communication skills to communicating with internal customers.**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications**:- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Electrical Validation or Testing (desired).- 3+ years of experience in the electronic/software industry.- Intermediate to advanced English skills.**Inside this Business Group**The Data Center & Artificial Intelligence Group (DCAI) is at the heart of Intel's transformation from a PC company to a company that runs the cloud and billions of smart, connected computing devices.
