While our name may not be familiar to consumers, our products are key components of foods offered by many of the world's best-known companies.Summary:Execute laboratory and pilot plant product tests to effectively support the technical activities for the NA S&D product category, with specific focus on the innovation pipeline. Assure safe laboratory and pilot plant activities and samples food safety.Maintain raw materials, packaging, and lab supplies in inventory to run daily activities.Manage samples shipment and reception.Conduct GLP and GMP to assure product safety and safe behaviors.Keep updated record of bench test and pilot plant trials.Labs and pilot plant maintenance and cleanliness.Maintain calibrating program updated for lab equipment and preventive maintenance calendar for pilot plant equipment.Work well in a team environment.Adhere to all department procedures and GMPs.Knowledge and Experience:Technical High School diploma in food technology or similar.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed oral or written instructions.Ability to analyze and solve problems.Ability to read and comprehend instructions.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.Basic working knowledge of MS Office.Lab and/or pilot plant experience is a plus.Good match and communication skills.EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYGriffith Foods believes that all persons are entitled to equal employment opportunity.
