Labor Quote Supervisor

Administration and control of labor points (Labor) for Quotations (Flow 3) and Routines for manufacturing plants in Mexico operations for the harness division (Flow 4).
ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND AUTHORITY
- Estimate labor for quotations of new businesses.
- Cost labor for Engineering Changes (ECM & CR's).
- Keep the labor points updated in the database to be sent to finance for payment to the assigned manufacturing plant.
- Prepare reports on new part numbers and/or engineering changes related to labor points.
- Validate time studies to make manual adjustments when required.
MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
- Completed professional career (any engineering field).
- 80% proficiency in English.
- Good time management.
- Proficiency in Excel software.
- Leadership.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Reading product blueprints.
- Industrial Engineering
- Interpretation of product blueprints
- Knowledge of Methods Engineering processes.
