As a part of the Local HR Team this role will support the legal labor aspects and bargaining agreement, benefits or others related to the relation between the employer and the employee.The Labor Relations Chief will be accountable for advisory & guidance to all our managers on leading teams, direct reports, and personnel in general under current legal regulations, company policies or benefits.This includes HR Processes & Procedures throughout our GBSS.JOB ACCOUNTABILITIESThis job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.Partners closely with local leadership (Plant Manager, HR Manager, etc.) to provide leadership and expertise with labor matters that may require.Provides guidance and direction, and supports the development of supervisors, chiefs as well as unit managers by helping them to understand the legal aspects on the bargaining agreement, internal regulation book and many other reference guides to guarantee compliance and business continuity
