leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings:
carrier network and enterprise network.
The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical:
based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications.
The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical:
based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.
Purpose of Position.
Implement and maintain Corning's labor relation programs, policies, and procedures.
Ensure satisfactory labor:

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:
Deploymentand execution of employee/labor relation programs and initiatives:
Development and ensuring healthy work relationships and a positive work environment in the campus:
Analyzes information and data necessary to define and discern policy implications of negotiations and disputes.
This may include management and union proposals,working conditions, and other mitigating circumstances.

Collaborate with Union representatives on behalf of the company:
Collaborate in contract negotiations, meetings, and negotiations with employee and labor organizations:
Assist all levels of management on labor matters:
Collaborates with legal and employee relations COE and departments in the preparation for and participation in negotiation with employee and labor groups.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Bachelor's degree Law (desired), Employee Relations, Human Resources or related field required:
5 years of professional Importante empresa in human resources and employee relations:
Importante empresa with external and internal Union in manufacturing environments:
Bilingual:
