What You'll Do
This position is responsible for labor relations administration, according to DN ethical and legal framework, Mexican job regulations and the Labor Union Contract
Ensure compliance with applicable Company HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental) performance standards, as well as applicable regulationsEnsure the execution of labor relations policies, practices and agreements.Act according to DN ethical and legal framework of Mexican job regulations and the Labor Union Contract.Train and provide orientation to managers and supervisors on matters related to labor relations policies, practices and agreements.Responsible for labor relations documentation and reports.Keep abreast of labor laws and collective bargaining.Verify a proper personnel payment (payment of incentives, overtime, work disability, vacations, alimony, etc.)Execution of policies and procedures (including suspensions from work, remove a worker from certain area, etc.)Improvement of personnel KPIs (related with Labor relations)Promotion of a healthy work environmentWhat We're Looking For:
BS Degree in HR, Business or administrative field experience:1-3 years in labor relations, Union claims and negotiationsUnderstanding of Labor Union ContractsExperience with collective bargaining agreementsAdministration of benefits and compensationAbility to communicate with others effectively in both written and verbalAbility to negotiate, set agreements to achieve the best possible outcome for the OrganizationAbility to seek a mutual benefit and maintain fairness relationshipDecision making abilityAbility to demonstrate and maintain focus, keeping calm, with a stable performance when under pressure or in a crisisBi-lingual (Spanish and English)SAP or similar HRIS capability,What We Offer:
