Your Role & ResponsibilitiesContribute to organizational goals through the monitoring of department KPIs (absenteeism, turnover).Ensure that the legal procedures are complied with to meet all the requirements of the different governmental standards and our customers.Authorization to initiate disciplinary measures, analyzing its origin and according to the current legislation & RIT.Ensure that all performance evaluations are conducted for all employees, both hourly and salaried.License and all legal requirements applicable to the plant, industry and customers are carried out, including CT-PAT, IATF 16949, Norma 035, ISMS, and environmental ISO 14001-2015 requirements.Your Skills & StrengthsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar.4+ years of experience in a similar position.English fluency.Specialist in labor relations and conflict management at all levels of the organization.Analysis and problem solving skills.Team player with leadership abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
