Supports in functions related to plant operations, focused on labor relations, seeking to maintain a favorable environment that promotes cordiality and staff growth.
Support the Human Resources Manager in the assigned tasks.
Helps maintain good atmosphere with union.
- Tracks the administration and fullfilment to turnover and absenteeism indicators.
- Develops and keeps a healthy relationship with the union, through the accomplishment of findings.
- Coordinate transportation services (trucks-taxis), dining room.
- Monitors the accomplishments of the Internal Work Regulations (Handbook) within the plant.
- Follow up to critical cases, labor demands.
- Provide training to employees and supervisors on issues related to the LFT (Ley Federal de Trabajo), the Internal Work Regulations, policies and procedures.
- Support the conservation and improvement of the work environment.
- Review and analyzes requirements for overtime.
- Support the Human Resources Manager in the development, updating and presentation of the required reports as requested by business and government organizations.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related career.
- One (1) to three (3) years of professional experience in the field.
- Conflict management - Extensive knowledge in the LFT (Ley Federal de Trabajo) - Knowledge of Microsoft Office package such as Excel and Word.
