Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**:- Responsible for monitoring work orders of quality laboratories, developing inspection and ensuring the quality of the results to evaluate the product, raw material and assembly parts.**PRINCIPAL RESPONSABILITIES**:- Ensure team follow work orders- Develop tests and inspections for product, raw material and assembly parts.- Materials analysis- Deliver test reports- Ensure compliance with BRPMS goals- Participate in safety-related activities- Support to production lines- Any other task assigned by the supervisor**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND STUDIES**:- Degree in Physics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial or similar- Excellent teamwork and disposition- Proactive- English 80%- Microsoft Office- Bases in laboratories requirements (ISO/IEC 17025:2017)- Knowledge of measurement systems and tools (Micrometer, Vernier, Angulometer, etc.)- 2D drawings interpretation- GD&T Knowledge (ASME Y14.5)- CMM & Scanner measurement softwares (Calypso and Polyworks) (programming is an extra)- SPC, CPK & R&R Studies- Advance torque knowledge- Calibration knowledge- TIG & MIG Welding Criteria- Chemical knowledge (basic)- Not Destructive tests bases (MPI, LPI, UT, Hardness, etc.)- Destructive tests bases (Macrography, tension, push-out, torque, etc.)
