**What you'll do**:- Manage the PV testing and Homologation groups for seatbelts in Mexico.- Close collaboration with different areas of the organization and alignment with the Laboratory and Homologation teams in ATC and other regions.- Provide strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization.
