You'll be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, with some of the brightest and the friendliest people in the sector, and you'll be helping shape an industry.Responsibilities:Responsible for assisting Project Managers with the day-to-day monitoring of trials.Responsible for the generation, review and follow up of internal management reports e.G. open status reports, commented results reports.Responsible for the generation of external management reports and provision of these to the Project Manager.Responsible for sample management activities relating to project management e.G. running and reviewing storage data manifests and patient storage logs, coordinating outgoing shipments.Responsible for completing amendments on existing trials for review by a Project Manager.Responsible for data reconciliation for interim and final locks including the review of storage samples.Responsible for logistics activities relating to project management e.G. coordinating import export information, setting up logistics for sites.Responsible for assisting in the set-up of new protocols, including the use Of ICOLIMS.Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which centers on our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture Of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.Performs any other task related to project management that may be required.Qualifications:You will need:Bachelor of Science degree or local equivalent.1-2 years' experience working in a fast-paced environment.Excellent Excel skills.Advanced English for Read, Write and Speak.Benefits of Working in ICON:Our success depends on the knowledge, capabilities and quality of our people
