Maintain the inspection, measurement and test equipment, in optimal conditions under the proper calibration and are used in the leather finishing process.**Your task will be**- Coordinate and supervise the activities of chemical and skin laboratories.- Approve the material of the finishing area based on test results.- Coordinate laboratory personnel for tests on time and compliance with PR's goals.- Follow-up to the leather tests for PPAP and the annual ones of the different leather types.- Coordinate the existence of material for the preparation of the different tests.- Follow up on the training of laboratory personnel.- Ensure the calibration of all measuring, inspection and test equipment.- Support the current quality system.- Control and management of the Laboratory budget for consumables and equipment calibrations.- Participation in the Quality System and Environmental Management System according to the scope of the position.- Always comply with and enforce safety policies and the use of personal protective equipment.**To succeed in this role, you will need**- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related- Intermediate English level essential.- +1 Year of experience a Laboratory Supervisor in the leather industry.- Management of Microsoft Office intermediate.- Indispensable knowledge in calibration of machinery and laboratory equipment, laboratory tests, quality systems, IATF 16949.Skills, teamwork, effective communication and leadership.LI-DNI
