Start your future with BorgWarner now!Major Job Responsibilities:Oversee lab operations and assure completion of work as scheduled by the schedular.Monitor the work of the hourly technicians and support to assure SAFETY, work flow and completion.Administrate the resources & activities within budgetDrive continuous improvements with the team.Perform and document reviews on Safety, work instructions and other quality documents.Communicate with Engineers to resolve requirement issues for testing.Assure test accuracy for all Engineering Work Orders.Keep fuel and supply inventories to assure continues operations.Control incoming inventories and cleanlinessMajor Job Qualifications/Specific Skills:Bachelors in EngineeringExperience as a supervisor for 3 yearsUnderstand the requirements for Safety and use of PPEEnglish Spoken and Written 80%Proven team work in past experience.Knowledge of Lean as related to processes and job functionsKnowledge of laboratory operations with classified explosion proof roomsProblem solving certification.Preferred:Fuel testing experienceFirst hand technical supervision of classified lab areas.Advance problem solving experience and certificationsFluent in English, written and spokenAdvance degreeAdvance technical certificationsLI-JC4Internal Use Only: SalaryGlobal Terms of Use and Privacy StatementPlease access the linked document by clickinghere,
