Previous Confidential in manufacturing environment and advanced English. --Responsibilities--:- Perform daily evaluation and approval nished product, raw materials, and intermediates. Work as a team with other technicians to ensure timely reporting of results. Report and record all results in a timely manner. Maintain proper databases and generate appropriate statistical analyses via use of computers. Communicate effectively to all supervisors, co-workers, and plant personnel. Perform all tests timely, accurately, and responsibly by signing all conforming reports and alerting plant managers and QA management of non-conformances. Offer ideas and plar improvement and point out deficiencies in the laboratory especially in the áreas of specifications and procedures. Maintain a working inventory of all laboratory supplies and chemicals. Accurately calibrate, control, and maintain lab instruments. Provide timely results of non-routine samples. May perform other projects or assignments as required. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervisión. Will interpret and correlate laboratory results into reporm and notify appropriate personnel in cases of discrepancy. AssistManufacturing Supervisor and other plant personnel on a daily basis to ensure product and shipping schedules. QC Technician will be expected to acquire the skills and knowledge needed to perform all test procedures used in the lab. May be required to assist in other áreas to technically support manufacturing operations and related activities. Keep Accurate and Retrievable Records of Material Analyzed in the QC Lab. Ensure that results are available when needr processing or shipment. Provide Analytical Suppor Laboratory Instrumentation.
