**Manager Compliance CMB and GB**Role PurposeThe role requires partnership with the Wholesale Banking Management Team. It will follows up on various work streams and initiatives underway which fall under the umbrella of Regulatory Compliance Risk providing policy and regulatory advice related to WHOLESALE BANKING products and services, and ensure that the Regulatory and Financial Crime Compliance risks function is resourced adequately to address the risks associated with WHOLESALE BANKING in Mexico- Assist the senior management of MX Wholesale, the leadership of the Compliance function, and other colleagues on all material compliance related matters.- Represents the Compliance agenda up to the highest levels of the Group's governance, including being an attendee (as required) at the MX WHOLESALE BANKING forums (and related subcommittees) to report on progress and issues in relation to the operational effectiveness of HSBC's policies, processes, systems and controls in countering Regulatory Compliance and Financial Crime and Fraud risks.Requirements**Requirements**:Seasoned Compliance professional is highly desirableDetailed and extensive knowledge of the HSBC Group structure, its business and personnel, and HSBC's corporate culture.
